Rotate the demo password

Mint a new password for this application’s protected demos and answer it. Ankra keeps it encrypted in its secret store, so it can be read again through POST demo-config/protection/reveal; running demos keep the previous password until their next redeploy (a pull request push redeploys its preview). 400 when the application’s demos are not protected: turn protection on through PUT demo-config first, which mints the first password.
