List application deployment placements

Returns owned application placements and optional workload identity for independent live image verification. Workload references are the applied manifest identities, not proof of running images or availability.

removal_deployments · object[] · required

Deployments whose removal is recorded: being taken down now (removing), or waiting for their stopped cluster to start (removal_pending_start). They are not counted in total_clusters, healthy_count, degraded_count or the chart version counts, and carry no health_status or sync_status. A removal that is taken back, or that fails on the cluster, returns the row to deployments.
