List an application's rollbacks (browser session)

The recorded rollback history of this application’s deployment on the named cluster, newest first. It is what explains a deployment running an older build than the newest one the platform observed. Browser session authentication; the bearer twin is GET /api/v1/org/applications//rollbacks.
