Delete an application
Deletes the application. Requires applications.delete. Every deployment of the application is queued for teardown so its workloads do not outlive it, and its environment secrets and registry robot are removed with it; an unknown application answers success: false. An application a managed service that has not been retired serves is refused with 409 naming the services.
