Get one imported cluster's compliance view (browser session)

Returns one cluster’s compliance benchmark summaries with their failed checks and the aggregated configuration-audit counts, read live from the cluster. Requires security.read; answers 503 with Retry-After when the cluster or its agent cannot be reached.
