Creates the organisation’s playground. With the hosts provider it is a real, writable vcluster on Ankra’s shared playground host; with the ankracloud provider it is an Ankra Cloud dev cluster created through the managed-create flow on the organisation’s built-in Ankra Cloud credential (the free 24-hour trial without public IPv4 for an account with no payment method, a billed dev cluster with public IPv4 otherwise). Browser session authentication. One live playground per organisation across both providers.
